Peak Apps Studio ("we") makes Benchwise. This policy says what the app does with your information. Short version: we collect nothing.

What Benchwise stores

Your projects (materials, parts, steps, notes) and settings are stored only on your device. We have no account system, we do not receive any of it, and we run no analytics, advertising or tracking. The app makes no network requests of its own and works offline.

Permissions

Benchwise asks for no permissions: no camera, photos, location, microphone, contacts or notifications.

Backups, exports and sharing

"Save a backup", the text, PDF and CSV exports create files on your device that you can send with the iOS share sheet or save with Files. We never receive them.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple. We do not see your payment details. Benchwise checks your purchase status with the App Store on your device.

App updates

The app can download updates to its own code from Expo's update service (expo.dev). Like any download, this reveals your IP address and app version to that service. No personal content is included.

This website

The tools on this website run in your browser; the sizes you type are not sent anywhere.

Children

Benchwise is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone.

Your choices

You can delete everything from Me > Delete all my data, or by deleting the app.
