A part does not fit

Open the project's Layout tab: parts that cannot fit are listed in red. Check the sheet or board size and the part's length and width, or choose a bigger sheet.

Lengths and fractions

Type 24 1/2, 2' 3, 610 or 61 cm. A unit suffix (mm, cm, m, in, ft) always wins over the unit chosen in Me.

Move your projects to a new phone

Me > Save a backup, send the file to yourself, then on the new phone Me > Restore a backup.

Restore a purchase

Me > Restore purchases, or on the paywall. Use the Apple Account you bought with.

Cancel a subscription

Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Benchwise Pro > Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.

Delete your data

Benchwise > Me > Delete all my data. Or delete the app.
